The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released the official 2026 Medicare premiums, deductibles, and coinsurance amounts.
Part B Premium: $202.90/month
The standard monthly Part B premium for 2026 is $202.90, up slightly from the prior year. Higher earners pay more through IRMAA surcharges, ranging up to $594.10/month.
Part B Deductible: $283
The annual Part B deductible is $283 in 2026 — up from the prior year.
Part A Deductible: $1,736 per benefit period
The inpatient hospital deductible increases to $1,736 per benefit period.
Part D: $2,000 Out-of-Pocket Cap Remains
The Inflation Reduction Act's $2,000 cap on annual Part D out-of-pocket costs remains in full effect for 2026.
